These terms are between you and Luno Software, Inc. and govern your use of
LunoSport. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do
not use the site.
Using the site
LunoSport is free to read for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may
not copy, scrape or republish the site's content in bulk, or use it to build a
competing service, without our written permission.
Scores, statistics and odds
Everything on this site is provided for information only. Scores, statistics
and betting lines come from third-party data providers and may be delayed,
incomplete or wrong. Odds shown may not reflect the price currently offered by
any sportsbook.
Nothing on LunoSport is betting advice. We are not a sportsbook, we
take no wagers, and we do not recommend any wager. Do not rely on this site to
place a bet — check the sportsbook itself. You are responsible for knowing and
following the gambling laws that apply where you are.
Links and content from other companies
The site links to, and displays content from, services we do not own or
control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy
policies, including the
YouTube
Terms of Service.
No warranty
LunoSport is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luno
Software disclaims all warranties about the site, including that it will be
available, uninterrupted, accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luno Software is not liable for any
loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, LunoSport — including any
loss arising from reliance on a score, statistic or betting line shown here.
Trademarks
LunoSport is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, MLB,
NBA, NHL, WNBA, CFL, NCAA, MLS, UEFA, any of the European soccer leagues or any
of their member clubs. Team names and logos are the
trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the teams whose
results are reported.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
